Eight I-Challenge options

I-Challenges

  • Full I-Challenge: 5K on Friday and Marathon on Saturday.
  • Half I-Challenge: 5K on Friday and half marathon on Saturday.
  • Mini i-Challenge: 5K on Friday and 10K on Saturday.
  • Macro i-Challenge: Mile on Thursday and 5K on Friday.
  • Nano i-Challenge: Mile on Thursday and Youth Run on Saturday.

Triple I-Challenges

To complete this challenge, you complete the mile on Thursday, the 5K on Friday, and one of the following on Saturday:

Full I-Challenge

To complete this challenge, you must do the 5K on Friday and the marathon on Saturday.

Half I-Challenge

To complete this challenge, you must do the 5K on Friday and the half marathon on Saturday.

Mini I-Challenge

To complete this challenge, you must do a 5K on Friday and 10K on Saturday.
