Volunteer registration for non-course positions for our 2025 Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend will open later this year. Course volunteer positions will open in January 2025. To make this year’s race weekend a success, we will require nearly 2,500 volunteers.

Each team member receives a Christie Clinic Illinois Race Weekend TEAM t-shirt and drawstring backpack!  We are grateful to CBPB Popcorn Shop for sponsoring our official volunteer drawstring backpacks this year. As a bonus to all volunteers, once you receive your volunteer bag, bring it with you to their shop at 1506 S. Neil St in Champaign and receive a 10% discount on your order every time you visit there from the race weekend 2025 through the end of April 2025!

And here’s another Bonus for 2025! If you volunteer during Race Weekend AND participate (run or walk) in any of our events, you are a Double Dipper and qualify to receive a free double dip of custard every month for a year from any of the three Culver’s located in Champaign-Urbana. The Double Dipper program starts in May of 2025 and runs through the end of April of 2026.
